Franchisees

Scott & Kim Griffith
If you ask the Griffiths what the secret to success is for their seven Lee’s locations, they won't have to think very long for the answer.
"We believe the recipe and our superior products are the foundation for the brand," says Scott Griffith. "Lee's has simplified the process of preparing our menu items and kept the quality high and consistent." And the results speak for themselves: the long-time Lee's operators have seen back-to-back, double-digit same-store sales increases in recent years.
As proud owners of four Lee’s Certified Training Stores, they are more than happy to teach their successful systems to prospective Lee's Franchisees.
According to Scott, "We have the technology and a real strength in the field when it comes to team member training programs. We are the chicken experts in the communities we serve."

John & Susie Stilwell
Lee’s is a great opportunity for franchisees with restaurant experience looking for great potential from a proven concept. Want proof? Just ask John and Susie Stilwell, who came over from a fish QSR to take over a Lee’s location in 1985.
“The switch for me from fish to chicken wasn’t a big one,” says John Stillwell, “The majority of our products are still made from scratch, but the recipes are easy to follow and are essential to the brand.”
There’s little doubt that owning a Lee’s restaurant was a rewarding opportunity for John and Susie. But don’t look for them to rest on their laurels. According to them, the sky’s the limit with their business.
“Lee’s has a lot to offer a hands-on operator looking for a business opportunity,” says John, “Even though we’ve been at it for a while, we’re looking to open another store in the near future.”
