Tailgate Recipes with Six Ingredients or Less

We can all agree that the most important part of any tailgate is the food. (Well, okay, maybe we’re a little biased). If you’re looking for pre-game grub that everyone will fan over, these easy recipes are winners!

Corn Salsa

It doesn’t get easier than this three-ingredient corn salsa!

Ingredients

1 jar of your favorite salsa
1 large side of Lee’s buttered corn
Diced jalapeño, to taste

Directions

Stir salsa, Lee’s corn and jalapeño together. Chill for at least two hours. Serve with tortilla chips.

Bacon Macaroni & Cheese

Everything’s better with bacon, including Lee’s macaroni & cheese!

Ingredients

Shredded cheddar cheese, to taste
4 slices of bacon
Salt
Pepper
1 half-gallon side of Lee’s macaroni & cheese

Directions

Pour Lee’s macaroni & cheese into a 3-quart baking dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. While it’s baking, cut bacon into thin strips and cook until crispy. Season with salt and pepper. When the macaroni & cheese is fully baked, cover the top with bacon, and it’s ready to serve.

Turkey Melt Sliders

These sliders pack loads of flavor into a few small bites.

Ingredients

12 slider buns
24 turkey slices
8 Swiss cheese slices, torn into smaller pieces
1 to 2 large sides of Lee’s coleslaw
Dijon mustard, to taste
Butter, to taste

Directions

Place the bottom buns in a 9x13 baking dish. Spread Dijon mustard across the buns. Layer turkey, Swiss cheese and Lee’s coleslaw, then add the top buns. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. While baking, melt butter. When the sliders come out of the oven, brush with the melted butter and bake, uncovered, for another ten minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes and serve.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

A flavorful dip is always a hit at tailgate parties!

Ingredients

½ cup buffalo sauce
2 packages cream cheese
1 ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 to 4 packages of Lee’s creamy ranch
5 Lee’s breast strips in Famous Recipe, finely chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then transfer to a baking dish. Sprinkle the top with more mozzarella cheese and bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. Serve with veggies, crackers or chips.

Peach Tea

Get hydrated before the game with this delicious concoction!

Ingredients

½ gallon Lee’s Famous Sweet Tea
3 cans peach nectar
¼ cup lemon juice

Directions

Combine ingredients in a pitcher and stir. Serve over ice.
