Chicken Strip “Hot Dog”

Ingredients

  • Lee’s Breast Strip
  • Hot Dog Bun
  • Your Favorite Condiments

Directions

  1. Turn the oven on broil.
  2. Lightly butter hot dog buns and place in the oven for 2 minutes, letting them cool for 1 minute after cooking.
  3. Place a chicken strip in the hot dog bun.
  4. Top with your favorite condiments like ketchup, mustard or your favorite dipping sauce from Lee’s.

Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

  • Tortilla Chips
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Lee’s Breast Strips, chopped or shredded
  • Pickled Jalapeño

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Layer tortilla chips, shredded cheese, chicken and pickled jalapeños.
  3. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese melts and bubbles.

Cheesy Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • Lee’s Potato Wedges
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Crumbled Bacon
  • Sour Cream

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spread potato wedges on a sheet pan or in a cast iron skillet.
  3. Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top of the wedges.
  4. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese melts and bubbles.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes, top with sour cream and serve.

Boneless Wings

Ingredients

  • Carrot Sticks
  • Celery Sticks

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven on broil.

  3. Place dippers on baking sheet and place in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve with celery, carrot sticks and creamy ranch for dipping.

Biscuits with Pretzel Salt

Ingredients

  • Pretzel Salt

Directions

  1. Place warm biscuits on a baking sheet.
  2. Brush with melted butter.
  3. Sprinkle with pretzel salt.

Directions

  1. Fill a glass or pitcher with ice.
  2. Add 3 parts iced tea, 1 part lemonade.
  3. Stir well.
